Deposit / Payment / Cancellation Policy

Deposit:

To ensure your and our booking security, we ask you to pay a deposit of €150.00 per room. Your booking is only binding once the deposit has been paid.

Cancellation conditions:

In case of early departure or late arrival, we are obliged to charge 90% of the room rate. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply, except for special agreements. On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 AM. After our reservation confirmation, we request a deposit of € 150 per room, which we will confirm promptly. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered binding. If the stay is cancelled within 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees:

up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;
in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price

E-Charging Station

There is 1 e-charging station for our guests located directly at the hotel parking lot! Charging your car is easy using the Salzburg AG charging card or the Strom Lade app.

The charging station is not managed by the hotel but is a service provided by Salzburg AG. Please note the associated fees or inform yourself on the Salzburg AG homepage.

Dogs

Dogs are only permitted upon request and following a prior reservation confirmation. We charge a dog fee of €19.00 per day without food. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friends are not permitted in some rooms, the dining hall, or the spa area.

Please avoid letting your four-legged friends make themselves comfortable on the bench in the public area, in the bed or on the couch. We reserve the right to charge for any necessary final cleaning.

Parking

Our parking lot is a designated short-term parking zone and is free for 90 minutes with a parking disc. Our hotel guests receive a parking permit upon check-in for the duration of their stay, allowing them to use the parking lot free of charge.
