The room rates are per person per night.
The accommodation tax € 2.00 per person (15 years and older) per night will be charged on-site and is added to the daily rate.
Since May 1, 2025, there is a mobility fee in Salzburg, which amounts to €0.50 per person per night (from 15 years of age). This is not included in the price and will be charged on-site.
For children sleeping on the pull-out couch, discounts apply to the adult price of the corresponding room category.

cancellation conditions
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we are forced to charge 90% of the board price. In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel regulations, with the exception of special agreements. On the day of arrival, the room is available from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m. After our reservation confirmation, we ask for a deposit of € 150 per room – we will confirm immediately. Once the deposit has been received, the reservation is considered binding. If the stay is canceled after 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. Price changes and misprints reserved!
