Prices are per person per night excl. visitor’s tax and mobility tax (from 15 years).
The visitor’s tax€ 2.00 per person (from the age of 15) per night will be charged on site and added to the daily price.
Since 2025, there has been a mobility tax in Salzburg, which amounts to € 0.50 per person per night. This is not included in the price and will be charged on-site.
Children’s Discounts
For children – sleeping on the pull-out couch – discounts apply to the adult price of the corresponding room category.
The adult price applies from 14 years of age.

Cancellation Policy
In case of early departure or late arrival, we are obliged to charge 90% of the room rate. Otherwise, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply, except for special agreements. On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 2 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 AM. Upon our reservation confirmation, we kindly request a deposit of €150 per room – we will confirm promptly. Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered binding. If the stay is cancelled within 30 days before the start of the trip, the deposit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. Price changes and printing errors reserved!
